Information we collect
When you request an order, we collect your name, email, optional phone and organization, delivery address, selected product, locator phone platform when applicable and the project notes you choose to provide. Order records also contain status, pricing estimate and timestamps.
Campaign attribution
If a campaign link contains UTM source, medium or campaign labels, we retain those labels with a submitted order request so we can understand which advertising generated genuine enquiries. We do not add third-party advertising trackers through this feature.
How we use it
We use order details to respond to the request, prepare a design and delivery quote, configure the product, arrange payment after approval, fulfill shipment and provide support. We do not sell personal information.
Sensitive profiles
Memorial, care-recipient and pet profile content is not requested through the public order form. It is collected later through a separate controlled workflow and published only according to the designated administrator’s choices.
Sharing and international delivery
We may share the minimum necessary information with production, hosting, payment and delivery providers. Delivery providers receive shipment information. Data may be processed in other countries subject to appropriate safeguards.
Retention and choices
Order records are retained for commercial, support and legal purposes. Profile administrators can request corrections, export or deletion where applicable. To make a request, email privacy@impressio.ba.
Security
We use access controls and purpose-limited collection. No internet service can promise absolute security, so customers should avoid placing unnecessary sensitive data in the project-notes field.
