Order requests and quotations
Submitting the online form is a request, not a completed purchase. Displayed prices are starting estimates in EUR. A binding order begins only after you approve the final specification, delivery price, applicable tax, timeline and payment request.
Personalization approval
You are responsible for reviewing names, dates, logos, copy, addresses and other personalized details in the approval proof. Production begins after written approval and the agreed payment.
Production and delivery
Lead times start after approval and payment unless the quote states otherwise. Customs, import charges and local taxes may be payable by the recipient. Delivery dates are estimates and can be affected by carriers or customs.
Returns and defects
Personalized products generally cannot be returned for a change of mind. If an item arrives damaged, defective or materially different from the approved specification, contact us promptly with the order reference and photographs so we can assess repair, replacement or another appropriate remedy.
Digital services
Digital profiles and campaign pages are supplied for the hosting period stated in the chosen package or quotation. Availability may be affected by maintenance, device capability and third-party networks. We may update the service while preserving its essential purpose.
Safety and locator limitations
Dementia Alert and Pet Return are identification and return aids, not emergency services or guaranteed real-time tracking. They do not replace supervision, a pet microchip, professional care, emergency services or appropriate safety measures. Locator coverage varies.
Rights and content
You confirm that you have permission to provide the submitted names, images, logos and other content. Impressio retains its underlying systems, production methods and design know-how; you retain rights in your supplied content and approved brand assets.
